POSTER SESSIONS
The Convention Center at the Gulbenkian offers a large room and adjacent spatious hallways for two poster sessions that will run two days each. This is important as a consistent source of dissatisfaction from previous meetings has been cramped poster areas and too little time to see all the posters. Poster presentations will begin with a dedicated three-hour block in which the posters are formally presented, but they will remain on display the following day to allow adequate time for attendees to browse and discuss the findings with the authors. During the formal poster sessions, beverages and snacks will be available; tables; chairs will be distributed around the poster halls to encourage in-depth conversations. All registrants are eligible to submit abstracts for consideration as a poster. Abstracts are not formally refereed but are evaluated for suitable content.
