ISN CODE OF CONDUCT
We can all contribute to making our meetings safe and inclusive by taking responsibility for knowing the policies described in the ISN code of conduct and understanding what constitutes unacceptable behavior. By registering for the ICN 2022, you are agreeing to abide by the ISN code of conduct.
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee includes one welcome reception and one conference banquet ticket and 5 lunch boxes for each of the days of the main event. For planning purposes only please indicate during the registration process which of these items you will be requesting.

VISA INFORMATION
To enter Portugal, you may need a Passport and/or a Visa, depending on the country you live in. Citizens from the European Community do not need a Visa for entering Portugal. Portugal is also a signatory to the 1995 Schengen Agreement.
Passports must be valid for up to six months (depending on your nationality) and are required by all, except by European Union nationals and nationals of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway and Switzerland holding valid national ID cards. British, Australian, Canadian, American and Japanese citizens need a valid passport.
Visas are required by all for stays of up to 90 days.

INVITATION LETTERS
In case you need an letter of invitation to attend the conference please note that only registered delegates who have paid their conference registration fees will be issued a letter of invitation.
Such an invitation is issued specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds, appropriate visas, approvals, sponsorship or official leave. It does not imply a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any support, financial or otherwise.
POLICY ON CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
We hope everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend. However, we understand that unforeseeable situations do occur. The ICN2022 Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:
Conference registration cancelled before May 31st, 2022 is refundable but subject to a €50 administrative fee. Registrants cancelling on or after June 1st, 2022 will not receive a refund.Requests for cancellation must be emailed to info@neuroethology2020.com.
